Regent’s Park

Situated on a distinguished Grade I-listed terrace in Regent’s Park, this lateral apartment is defined by stunning park views to the north and soft southern light. Originally built in the 1820s, the terrace was later converted into apartments that span multiple buildings.

Our approach was both sensitive and strategic, resolving layout challenges while maximising the apartment’s potential. The second-floor apartment now features a generous combined kitchen and dining space, flooded with natural light through original sash windows. This flows into a more formal living room with a curved bay window overlooking the park.

The apartment has a clear distinction between the living and private zones: living and entertaining spaces at one end, and calm bedroom spaces at the other. The master suite includes soft fabric wardrobes and a marble, nickel and tadelakt bathroom with views across Regent’s Park.
